Artwork File Preparation / Transfer
1. All artworks should be saved into individual files and according to each order.
2. All artwork must be sent to YB Printing Solution through the internet or hand-over to our outlet representatives.
3. Due to the different colors displays on various monitors, printed color of end product may differ from what appears on screen. Therefore YB Printing Solution will not be responsible for color discrepancies in the end product as a result of customers / agent's reliance on the said color displays instead of YB Printing Solution Color Chart to set his / her colors for output.
4. YB Printing Solution do not do file checking for customers / agents, to avoid delays or inconveniences, YB Printing Solution customers / agents are advised to check that their artworks comply with all YB Printing Solution standard specifications, setting and format.
5. Auto Pref-light Process:
Before ordering, all agents are required to upload their artwork file for inspection by YB Printing Solution auto pref-light software which comes embedded in the artwork uploading module to ensure compliance with our selected file format quality specifications.
(a) Auto Pref-light will only check for the following common errors encountered in PDF files:
i) Missing font
ii) Unsupported file format
iii) Resolution below 300dpi
iv) Artwork contains RGB and / or PANTONE
(b) The auto pref-light process cannot be considered as the final stage of artwork file checking and YB Printing Solution by no means acknowledges it as a complete solution for checking artwork files.
(c) All artwork files that have been inspected by auto pref-light will be stored on the YB Printing Solution server. YB Printing Solution reserve to remove the artwork file from server without any prior notice.
6. Job Pending Cases
(a) If customers / agents insists on proceeding to print without making recommended corrections highlighted in Pending status, customers / agents does so at his / her risk. YB Printing Solution cannot be held responsible for outcome of printout.
(b) If customers / agents makes an error while placing his / her order, for example: accindentaly submitting the order twice, that customers / agents must call in to YB Printing Solution outlet representatives. YB Printing Solution will not be responsible for any consequences arising that customer's / agent's failure to inform outlet representatives immediately.
7. YB Printing Solution cannot be held liable for any consequences in the event an artwork orror goes undetected, so make sure to use the correct way to do your artwork.
8. Artwork must be done in CMYK Color Code, all images embeded, and all font outlined!! YB Printing Solution is not responsible for any error on print out if customers failed to follow the Artwork File Preparation Instruction listed here.
9. No changes can be made to the artwork once submitted to YB Printing Solution for printing. Only amendments required to correct and complete pending jobs will be accepted.
10. YB Printing Solution customers / agents are required to resend artwork for every repeat order.
11. YB Printing Solution is not responsible for customers / agent's copyright infringement of artwork content.
12. YB Printing Solution will not print jobs that contain offensive literature or images.
