Payment of Customers / Agents
1. Confirmation of order of a customer is subject to YB Printing Solution management approval and successful clearance of cheque or cash deposit or funds transfer verification by the bank.
2. Minimum payment have to made while order:
(i) Cash / Cheque / Funds transfer - Full payment of total amount (Below RM 200)
(ii) Cash / Cheque / Funds transfer - 80% as deposit of total amount (Above RM 200); Balance must be paid/cleared before delivery order or collecting order at our outlet.
Order will be hold once balance not accepted by YB Printing Solution office for 3 months, order uncollected will be use disposed after 3 months.
3. Customers / agents are required to whatsapp the bank-in receipt/statement as proof of payment.
4. Official receipt for completed order can be ask from representatives.
5. All deposit / balance are not refundable / changeable.
LATE CHARGES
** 1.5% OF TOTAL AMOUNT WILL BE CHARGE MONTHLY START FROM COLLECTION INFORMED BY CALLS / MESSAGES / WHATSAPP.**
If Reminder Calls / Messages of collection and payment clearance ignored for more than 7 working days, we have the rights to lodge a police report.
6. Customer / Agent will be responsible for payment of all applicable federal, state and local taxes and assessments (including sales, use and similar taxes) levied on the transaction contemplated by the estimate. No tax exemption will be recognized unless a valid exemption certificate is provided.
7. YB Printing Solution shall take legal action to prosecute any customers / agents whom we suspect of making fraud deposits / payments to us, Police Report will be made. We shall also bar that customer / terminate that agent from further use of our services.
