Ordering / Operations
1. YB Printing Solution are solely responsible for their own customers including any transaction such as payment collection.
2. YB Printing Solution does not contact Agent's customers.
3. All orders must be submitted by email or hand to our outlet representatives.
4. YB Printing Solution reserves the right to reject any order that does not comply with the standard product specifications for output set by YB Printing Solution and stated in YB Printing Solution website.
5. Please double confirm all the details or contents before submit an order. Once order submitted, no cancellation / refund / amendment on orders.
6. Once a customer / agent submits an order to YB Printing Solution, it is considered a purchase. Once an order is in process stage, it cannot be cancelled or changed unless accepted by YB Printing Solution representative. Any such changes may result in additional or increased charges, and you agree to pay such increased charges.
7. Order will not be processed if printing fee due to payment made by agent / customer, full amount or 80% of total amount (Deposit) must be made while ordering.
8. YB Printing Solution provides printing services only, delivery will send to our contract courier office and charges should be beared by customer / agent.
9. YB Printing Solution will provide digital color proofing with extra charges on different sizes, and this proofing shall not be compare with offset printing color matching.
10. YB Printing Solution will provide hard copy of official receipt, customers / agents who lost the receipt, order must be hold by YB Printing Solution staff for secure until YB Printing Solution office found a record of order in our system.
11. Services. Upon acceptance by you, YB Printing Solution will perform the printing or other services described in the estimate. Any additional services requested by you and not covered by the estimate will incur additional charges.
