Pricing / Delivery
1. All product prices are based on full color offset printing or color digital printing (depends on order).
2. Minimum Delivery charge of RM 15 will be charged (for West Malaysia customer only)
* Maximum of 2kgs / 40cm2 ONLY; for more than 2kgs / 40cm2, request for quote*
3. Exact reprints will be charged at the same price.
4. Services, products and pricing are subject to change from time to time.
5. All goods are delivered to customers / agents by YB Printing Solution appointed courier service company.
6. YB Printing Solution will not liaise with any customer on customers / agents 's behalf.
7. YB Printing Solution will only entertain requests for urgent deliveries through its optional Urgent Job services. For special arrangements, customers / agents are required to get permission from outlet representatives and office management.
8. Goods delivered to customers / agents are packed according to YB Printing Solution standard packing. Once goods have left YB Printing Solution premises, they are no longer the responsibility of YB Printing Solution. If there are any discrepancies in the print quality or quantity of goods, customers / agents are advised to contact our outlet representatives to lodge a complain.
9. The goods from YB Printing Solution will be delivered on time. If 1 or 2 days delay due to production, finishing work, transportation related issues, please bear with us. We will deliver the goods as soon as possible. Customers / agents are not allowed to cancel, return or request compensation of the order because of the delay in receiving the goods.
10. There will be some delay in delivery due to some of the possible cause in offset printing / digital printing. Please reserve your customers more than few days lead time to avoid any problem and misunderstanding on both sides.
11. For self collect from courier office, kindly contact our outlet representative to get your orders consignment number and track your nearest courier outlet with our pointed courier company.
12. For self collect from our outlet, kindly contact our outlet representative before you step in our outlet to make sure your stock are ready for collection.
13. Late Delivery may be happen some times by appointed courier service company, you may contact us to collect your tracking number to contact the appointed courier service company. Once goods have left YB Printing Solution premises, they are no longer the responsibility of YB Printing Solution, hence late delivery are not under our responsibility but we are willing to help on tracking.
